European PhD in Project and Systems Engineering from BarcelonaTech (UPC) in collaboration with the University of Glasgow, UK. Involved in research which focused on the multi-stakeholder partnerships working towards the achievement of the UNESCO Education for All (and other UN campaigns), and the contribution of emerging innovative ICT.  His latest master's degree is in Leadership and Social Innovation in Non-Governmental Organizations from ESADE. 

Currently Head of International Projects at Jaume Bofill Foundation, designing and managing different educational research programmes, projects and international conferences in partnership with organizations such as the OECD, UNESCO, IAU, CIDOB and IBE among others. 

Formerly Observatory Co-ordinator at the Global University Network for Innovation, a UNESCO, United Nations University and UPC joint-project. Consultant, member of the International Association of Universities (IAU) reference group on higher education for Education For All.
